Difference Between Data Controllers and Data Processors. Your personal information may enter our processing scope in multiple ways. As mentioned above, it is likely that information that we process in connection with providing FM services was obtained by or behalf of one of our clients under a contract for providing our services to the client. In that case, it is the client that likely is the data controller, and we are the data processor.

Withdrawal also won’t affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
